Established in 1985 we use the finest natural ingredients, hand cooked in a traditional manner with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives to produce a wholesome high quality flavour often lost in mass produced food.
Quality food
We are a production kitchen not a typical manufacturing factory, on our shop floor you would find more similarities with your home kitchen than a factory line and whilst most of our orders are larger the smallest batch we produce is 90kg. As well as our food being of higher quality, in comparison to typical mass produced food, the smaller batch size has also given us a unique advantage when working with clients on new recipe development and runs which are too small to go onto larger production lines, which often have far higher minimum orders. We have the capacity to grow with a client as their business develops and are able to scale up batch sizes to meet growing needs.
